Joe performed a home inspection for me in late 2010 on a home I planned to purchase. He is very polite and professional. Unfortunately the home purchase fell thru due to the seller not wanting to repair trouble items. In April of 2011 we found another home near the first and decided to use Joe again because of the quality and professionalism displayed during our first encounter. I do not plan on purchasing another home any time soon but if I do I will not even consider anyone else for the job. I will also highly recommend him to anyone I come into contact with that is looking to purchase a home.
Description of Work: Joe from Allspec did home inspections for me in late 2010 and April of 2011 on homes we were looking to purchase. In the future I will never use or recommend anyone other than Allspec.
