We couldn't be happier with our experince.  Elvin was very in tune with what mattered most to us when he was doing our initial evaluation for a gutter system and potential replacement options.  He was truly trying to look for the best options for me to be cost effective, so I appreciated him not trying to sell me on something I did not need.  By far they gave us the best price for the services we received.  Elvin was very transparnet about scheduling timelines for the job and the entire installation process.  even when a challenge came up, he explained the options available before any work was done and made me part of the process to make sure I was happy with the end result. I would highly recomend them.

Work was completed quickly and well. no problems.

Although Lancaster Seamless Gutters performed work as a subcontractor on our total re-roofing housing project with Joyland Roofing (another A rated favorite), we would not hesitate to use their services again, plus recommend them, independently, based on our outstanding experience.  Right from the start, Elvin listened to my concerns about hiding/eliminating existing bracket holes in the siding, plus wanting to relocate some of the spouting to help avoid eventual, visible water flow fading.  He happily gave me options and patiently worked with me to ensure I was completely satisfied.   In fact, him and Robert went way beyond satisfying even my modest expectations when they started on the new front entrance porch addition.   Because aesthetics is very important to me, they stayed several hours late, listening to my ideas, trying different options and laboring in fine detail to get the look I was envisioning and desired.  So they deserve the highest marks when it comes to customer service, but their expertise and superior quality of workmanship is equally impressive.   All the work was completed in one day (it was an extra long, hot day), owed to excellent work ethics.  Elvin and Robert are top notch in their field, personable and very professional.   We also admired and appreciated how Lancaster Seamless Gutters partnered with Luke Martin Siding and Exteriors (another Angie A rated sub on our job) to combine both their areas of expertise to give us a more endurable installation.  We are so thrilled with all the work completed!   Lancaster Seamless Gutters is truly a high caliber company, offering optimal quality and service at such an incredibly affordable price.   We truly found a rare gem, and I encourage you to use them.  Trust me, you'll be a happy customer....lucky to have found them and singing lots of high praises too :-)

Contacted Lancaster Seamless Gutters (Elvin) after the roof  installation. He was here to start the job in about 2 wks.
Super quality work by Elvin and helper. He took care not to damage the shrubbery and cleanup was good. I also plan to have Elvin to do some chimney repair.

Elvin Martin came to our home for an estimate at the agreed upon time, sent us the quote promptly, answered all of our questions, and completed the work quicker than the originally discussed time frame. We had received 2 estimates for the job. Although another company owner (also found through Angie's List) was professional and came well-recommended, we decided to hire Elvin Martin of Lancaster Seamless Gutters because his estimate was considerably less than the other company's for the same work.
Elvin and his associate, Bob, installed the new fascia board and gutter, refit the old gutter guards, reattached a downspout, and removed all debris as promised, even reattaching a loose downspout strap for us (without our asking). The 2 men were pleasant and easy to work with. They worked quickly and competently. We were pleased with their work and would definitely recommend their services.

They did excellent work, ahead of schedule.  Everything was itemized and they performed all items as estimated.  Their work was very high quality and it was a pleasure to have them repair my home.

the city codes property inspectors cited us for gutter disrepair. lancaster seamless gutters offered the lowest price [2 quotes] and we are very happy with the results.

The gutters on this house have never been right. During any heavy rain the water poured over the gutter and usually we'd have water in our basement. In April I got two estimates on replacing the gutters on one side of the house. Elvin's was the best price by far. He wasn't able to do the job right away. I waited a few weeks, then called back. He came that week and did the whole job in one day. The quality is perfect. We've had some heavy storms and the gutters did their job perfectly. I was so pleased I had him come back and do the other side of the house.

I called with the project.  He went out and provided an estimate.  I compared the price to others and he was the best.  I sent back the quote and the work was scheduled and done on time and on budget.

They did a great job and cleaned up when they were done. Very nice and polite, great to deal with.

Overall the quality of work and price were very good.  Communication could have been better as far as setting up the work.  The quote was accepted on June 7 and we did not hear back from him until we contacted him on June 27.  We were surprised that no deposit was required and payment was due within 30 days after the job was complete.  While this is certainly a convenience for the property owner, the contractor should probably require a deposit so individuals do not take advantage of him. 
We would use their services again, and would recommend them to others.  

Elvin Martin was asked to provide a quotation on the work. He came for the estimate within a week. He made an estimate on the spot with prices and options such as gutter guards of different types. We made our selection after a day or two and mailed him the signed agreement. No deposit was requested. We agreed that the chimney work should be done first, before the roof was replaced by another contractor. The chinmey repairs turned out to be more extensive than originally anticipated but the price did not increase. Prior to the chimney work, it had been leaking; since then, no leaks.

We chose to get the high end gutter guards even though they are more expensive than the gutters themselves. The gutters and guards were installed a week after the new roof was installed. They look great and everything seemed to work just fine last night during and after a very heavy rain.
Elvin and his helper were polite, cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and did not damage anything in our flower beds or on the house itself. We are quite pleased with the outcome. We were told that Elvin prefers not to do chimney work, but rather his specialty is gutter work. As far as we can tell, he is very skilled at both. Consider us satisfied customers on both counts.

I have been very happy with their services and plan to continue to use him for my gutter work. He really enjoys what he does and strives to please the one the work is being done for.

The project went very well. Elvin is former old-order Amish, so he has a quiet, and thorough style of work. He gave me a quote before doing the work, and spent about an hour completing the project.
