The whole process from start to finish was so easy. I called on a Friday morning requesting a detail for Saturday, and they got me in right away. They promised to only have my car for 4 hours and they held up their end of their promise. My BLACK car was sparkly clean and no new scratches, which was my fiancand eacute;'s major concern. Great customer service! I would recommend them to anybody!

Great. We started using John's Auto recently,for a different repair job, after seeing great reviews on Angie's List. We lost confidence in our old mechanic when they couldn't figure out why my son's car smelled like gas(very strong), but recommended we have some major, expensive engine work done. We declined and took the car to John's.They looked at my son's Taurus and found a crease in the gas tank which was causing the odor. They replaced the gas tank and said he didn't need expensive engine work done. Gas smell disappeared and we saved a ton of $$. We will never go back to our old mechanic again. Now we take all our cars to John's Automotive. It's hard to find a good mechanic who is also trustworthy, but we did!!

Mechanic showed my the parts he was replacing so I could see that the other shop had lied to me about putting in new parts. The car had the original parts I had paid to replace.
Clean waiting room, super nice and knowledgeable staff and they always kept me in the loop about how things were going. I was amazed when they called me a week later to ask if I got the car working like I had asked of them. Never had a repair shop do that before.
I am using them for all my car repair from now on.

These guys have done so much work for me on my cars and trucks. I
can't say enough about what a great auto service John's 625 is. Their
work and attention to detail are second to none. I have had some unusual
problems with my vehicles and John's has always come through. Bring
your VW's here too. They are great.

I called in and they quoted me a price of $99.00 and I scheduled to have my car detailed. They had to reschedule from the initial appointment date. Then they informed me that the price would be $200.00 after I had initially been quoted $99.00. The car was in bad shape. I asked them about buffing the car. They said that they would buff it and clean it and have it looking like new and it doesn't. I called before I was coming so I would not have to wait a long time and I did have to wait they were not ready for me when I arrived. There also is a whole in the carpeting under the mat that I don't recall ever being there.

Here is an example of there honesty. We took in our 1999 Subaru Rodeo for a check up before winter. We though that is was time to change the battery because it was several years old and didn't want any problems with it during the winter months. When we went to pick up the Rodeo they told us that the battery was fine and would probably last a couple more years. We where flabbergasted. Any other time we had told an automotive repair service to replace something it was done as an automatically. Who wouldn't add the cost of a battery to the bill it the customer was expecting it? Not John's. This has happen time and time again with wipers, exhaust, belts and so on. John's only does the work needed without jacking up the bill with unnecessary costs. You can truce that you are getting what you need to have a safe and reliable vehicle when you do business with John's 625 Automotive.
