Rearranged landscaping and our plants died.  They seem to rush and hurry through the process. 

The job was completed in 2-1/2 days.  During that period, the crew cleaned the area up and neatly stacked their tools as much out of the way as possible.  They even put our fence back up to be sure our dogs couldn't escape the yard.  The plans were followed to a "T", the plants that were installed were healthy and exactly what was described & shown in pictures.  Their designer was excellent to work with and took the time out of his weekend schedule to come explain his design and answer our questions before we signed the contract.  The designer listened to our needs and wants and honestly came up with a plan that fits our style and life style.  This was a wonderful experience from start to finish.  We will recommend Diebolt Landscaping to everyone and absolutely use them again.

Our experience has been positive.  They are still in the process of finishing.  They are very professional.  The designer was experienced and worked with us.  They were well staffed.  They knew what they were doing.  They did it on schedule and we were pleased with the results.

The preparation of the site for the playset was done in the fall. My fence was taken apart for them to do the work and left that way the entire winter. I contacted them several times to find out when the project would get completed. Six months later I received a phone call at 7:30 AM telling me they were on their way over to complete the job. When they reassembled the playset there were several areas that were unsteady and in my opinion unsafe. When they left my fence was still apart. I contacted them again and received a response 3 months later. The individual showed up unexpected at my doorstep apologizing for lack of followup. The cost of the entire project was severely overinflated. The whole experience very frustrating for the money spent.
