computer repair
 + -1 moreThis technician was recommended to me so I gave him a call in early October. He told me he had some jobs to finish and would be able to fit me in the following week. I even offered to drop the computer off at his shop but he said no he'd pick it up. That week came and went with no call from John so I called again. He said he was still busy but would call that Friday and then stop at my house to pick up the laptop that day. Friday also came and went with no contact from him. I am giving up on this company and will look elsewhere for service.
Description of Work: Nothing.
