This allows him to give an accurate appraisal of the cost of materials and his hourly rate is very affordable. I would recommend him highly to anyone who needs general repairs around the house.

Stephen is extremely conscientious and a great worker. He listened to what I wanted and always double checked when something was unclear. He always responds promptly and gives me a timeframe when he can get the work done. I especially like the fact that he will offer an opinion / advice and won't just go ahead with a job if he thinks it could cause a problem later on. He is especially expert at drywall and electrical jobs, but he doesn't mind doing other types of work as well. He is a true all-around handyman, which is exactly what I need for the many jobs on this house. His rates are very reasonable. I have nothing but great things to say about Stephen Latchford.
