5 Stars for friendliness, promptness and quality of work. 2 Stars for the final price changing from what was quoted. Get your quote in writing. I hired OHD of Nittany Valley to replace two openers, a broken spring and the seals on the bottom of my doors. I was quoted a price and told they would have to come twice but the fee for the visit would be waived since I was buying two new door openers. One visit would be to measure and make sure the correct products were ordered, the second would be for the install. When they came the second time they said the door seals the needed were out of stock so they would come back another time once they have that in stock. No big deal. They came out a couple weeks later. After they installed the seals the price was $400 more than what was quoted with a charge for labor and a house visit. When I called and said about it, I was told I "was given a break" since they had to come an extra time. That wasn't my fault and I was given no choice on it.

BEWARE of this company! 3 guys arrived to tell me we don't carry the wire to fix the door but proceeded to look at it and then the spring broke so now a much bigger problem. They didn't have the parts they told me so they will have someone call to give me the costs. Well, no one called. We made the call and a man very scarcastically said use us and the $135 will be in the total cost of $512. What a service charge I said? And he said did you ask in advance? And I said did you offer it, well they didn't. Total charge to get the job done with another company from Port Matilda was $400 with no service charge.

Went well, he explained everything and later provided a written quote.  I just decided not to do anything,

Overhead Door was punctual and they did a good job.  Although they were a little expensive to my needs. They were the original installer so I stayed with them.   I would give them an "A" on everything expect the price.
