Mike was great. I hired him to inspect the mold in a foreclosed home that my husband and I were going to purchse. Mike's thorough inspection revealed not only an out of control mold issue, but also a huge electrical issue. Needless to say, my husband and I ran from that property. We finally found a home with no issues and will be hiring Mike again to do our home inspection. Mike is extremely professional and his customer service went totally above and beyond what any consumer would expect

Mike helped explain our situation in layman's terms so we were able to understand what our problem was and how to best approach mitigation. He wasn't pushy about doing any of the work. In fact, he was forthcoming about the things we could do ourselves to save money and gave sound reasoning for the work he felt was better left to the pros.

Mike is a straight up honest guy who seems to care about his clients and I would recommend him to anyone. He really knows his stuff. He is super smart and didn't try to take advantage of me like other contractors. He is the most Honest person whom I have ever hired. Thanks Mike
