Mr Rhodes was prompt and professional. His work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. I would highly recommend him. I was pleased with the service provided by all Inspect and would use them for other work if need. The inspector was professional and knowledgeable concerning any questions asked.

Mike did a good job. He is very friendly and nice guy. But they were to friendly to the seller and at one point they also made a deal to buy the seller of the house car. That’s a big conflict of interest. I m not sure some of his opinions got biased. We will see when we move in the house. Also the son when into a conversation of guns and politics. I m not sure this was an appropriate setting for that conversation. Luckily sellers were sellers had shared the same opinion and an argument didn’t breakout. That’s the only reason they got 3 otherwise they would have made 4 star. Mike did spend 30 mins on phone explaining the report to me. He seems very knowledgeable about homes.

Friendly, informative, did the work they were asked for. Can't beat a free consultation. Phone quality when originally contacting them was horrible, but that's hardly a black mark, unlike black mold, which is a mycotoxic black mark that will cross through your blood-brain barrier and inflict permanent treatment-resistant damage on your neurochemistry. Hire these guys!
