The cost was more than reasonable -- the $715 price included tax, data transfer and a wireless keyboard and mouse, plus MS Office Home/Student.  I insisted on an i3 Intel processor, 500 MG storage, and enough RAM and memory to choke a horse!  
I am so pleased that I can now run multiple programs without having the system crash -- which is what my Gateway PC did constantly toward the end.  
I would wholeheartedly recommend Frank's business to anyone who wants a new Desktop or Laptop.
