We contracted them and they did a nice job. Then I contracted for spring and autumn clean up and continuing yard care. I asked again if they did hard scaping and if I could have a quote. They never provided one.Neither did not do a good job on the clean up.. but they mow but if there is grass close to the plantings they just ignore it.
We continue to weed and mow the areas they missed.
BUT we had the patio that we asked them to quote on put in by another company. The lawn guy said "hey why didn't you call us; we do that". My husband said well how about doing the landscaping around it. Someone was supposed to come out and give us a quote. After a month or so we went to a do it yourself place and provided our measurements and bought plants and mulch to "do it ourselves". Lawn guy got P*ssed! would not look at us and actively avoid us.We are going to try and get out of this years contract. Who needs attitude! We tried in every way to give them business It is not our fault if they don't want it.
