Very smoothly. Explained the process...very professional.
Description of Work: investigated the black spot on the ceiling. Determined it was mold, took down cabinets (scrubed the cabinets), remove all walls with mold. Treated the area for mold. Preformed test after several days to make sure all mold was gone.
