Mountain Pure Water Systems

called to have my water system maintained, as it hadnt been serviced in a long time ( company went out of business) my wife called mountain pure water systems, an appointment was made and  about a week and a half later a tech showed up to work on our system, even though the tech was not  familiar with our system he was able to do the service.
 less then a week later week we started having problems with our water system, it was pumping when it was not supposed to putting more water into our septic system .
       my wife called mountain pure water system again and explained the problem and was told a  the tech would be in the area in about a week in a half, again a appointment was made.
        the day day came and the tech never called or showed up.   the following day my wife called mountain pure water systems and talked to "sherry" as was told by mountain pure that they felt it was a plumbing issue and that my wife should call a plumber to resolve this not them. ( no explanation was given as to why the tech didnt show up )
    my wife next called our plumber who  went over our entire plumbing system ( with me watching ) and traced the problem to one of the control units mounted on top of tanks of water system, the plumber then charged us 95.00.
     if the tech showed up when he was supposed to, we wouldnt have to spend 95.00.
   my wife again called mountain pure, and again talked to " sherry" this time my wife asked to talk to someone in customer service and was told there was no customer service, then she asked if there was anyone around to help resolve this issue, and was told there wasnt,  all sherry told my wife " well what do you want me to do ? )   after listening to this over and over my wife hang up.
       we were lucky enough to find a local plumber why knows this system and is prompt with his service calls
