 + -1 moreIt went GREAT! I truly couldn't have been more pleased. They estimated that the work would be done in 3-6 weeks. It was done in 4. Nelson (office contact, estimator) and Ben (construction lead) were wonderful. Communication was excellent through the entire process. The whole crew were very friendly and very respectful of my home. The only issue I had was the caulking around the tub wasn't done to my liking and it didn't initially seal well. Nelson came right over and redid the work himself. Also, it's been almost a year now since the work was done and the seal on my toilet failed about 3 months ago, causing just a small water leak around the base. Very unusual to happen that long after installation. Again, Nelson had the plumbers over right away and redid the seal. Very small issues and they corrected immediately! Description of Work: My home was built in 1927, has the old plaster and lathe walls. At some point they were covered with paneling. Deer Ridge did a full remodel of 2nd floor bathroom and 2 bedrooms. This included: Tear down one wall to expand bathroom in to a small room that was considered a "4th bedroom" and add a large walk in closet. This included re-plumbing and rewiring electrical, new drywall on walls and ceiling, all new trim, paint, doors, heating unit and new tile flooring. I purchased the tub, toilet, vanity, lighting and all hardware separately but they installed it for me. Master bedroom involved removing one window from one wall an adding a double window to another wall. All new drywall on walls and ceiling, all new trim, door, heating unit and paint. 2nd bedroom involved all new drywall on walls and ceiling, all new trim, door, heating unit and paint. I also purchased the hardware (door knobs, stops) and light fixtures separately but they installed for me.
