It went GREAT! I truly couldn't have been more pleased. They estimated that the work would be done in 3-6 weeks. It was done in 4. Nelson (office contact, estimator) and Ben (construction lead) were wonderful. Communication was excellent through the entire process. The whole crew were very friendly and very respectful of my home. The only issue I had was the caulking around the tub wasn't done to my liking and it didn't initially seal well. Nelson came right over and redid the work himself. Also, it's been almost a year now since the work was done and the seal on my toilet failed about 3 months ago, causing just a small water leak around the base. Very unusual to happen that long after installation. Again, Nelson had the plumbers over right away and redid the seal. Very small issues and they corrected immediately!
