on time - slightly over the guesstiment

The job went well and they were finished in probably less than 2 hours. The job was due to "stuff" coming from our well, it was interesting to see how much stuff was getting into our faucets and clogging them. We've had Burn's provide all services from plumbing, sewer pipe, electrical and also have purchased many appliances from Burn's over the 25 + years we have lived in the county. They are always responsive to our needs based on the emergency/or not. We've never had any call backs for leaks in plumbing.

We've been dealing with them for 30 years. It is a small, local appliance store. They are fantastic. When we buy something they always take the old appliance if we want, which is very unusual because you have to pay most people and they just take them. Their prices are probably a little higher but we are not paying $100 to have something removed. They have very high quality products; they don't have junk. They are very responsive and definitely professional. We would use them again if we have to buy any more appliances.

The repairs were much more expensive than I had anticipated - but honest. I didn't feel robbed, just disappointed in the cost.

There have been three and quot;come backsand quot; since this job was finished. One leaky elbow, and two slow leaks where the copper pipe entered the Culligan water filters (yes, two of them!).

I feel that the work was professional and needed but the number of and quot;come backsand quot; was disappointing. Each of them was the result of poor workmanship - a poorly soldered joint, and not enough tape and and quot;goopand quot; at the fittings.
