He ripped out shrubs all around my house. That wasn't in the contract. He was only supposed to take out shrubs in the front of the house. He was horsing around with the crew and never put in a full eight hour work day. No proper measurements were taken. He didn't communicate what he was going to do. I had to go in and correct it while he was doing it. He said he doesn't have enough money to finish the project. He didn't even bring all the material with him. Now he's asking for $1,200 more for material. I told him $20,000 was my budget. Now he won't come back out until he gets more money. He won't talk to me on a personal basis. Everything is an excuse.
