Late this morning I smelled what can only be described as car exhaust in my house. My furnace room was filled with smoke. I shut off the emergency switch to the furnace and called 30 different heating and air-conditioning companies. The ones who answered couldn’t come out, or would not come out because I wasn’t a current customer! (how do they expect to get new customers) I had no heat & the house stank. Phoenix came to the rescue! On his day off Matt not only fixed the furnace but talked me through everything he had done. He is a very professional, polite and honest young man. Glad to know there are still good business people in our area. Thank you Matt!

The process was so smooth and handled professionally.  They informed us that our insurance might cover the repair because of the lightening storm, which we never would have thought to check if they hadn't mentioned it to us.  They were professional, courteous and very capable.  We would definitely recommend them.

Went great.

This went extremely well. This is our vacation home, so we are not there much of the time. Upon arriving for an overnight, we found that there was no water at all. We were not able to stay beyond the next day, so I called our handyman to come in to see what the problem was. He felt this was not his expertise, so he referred us to Matt Adames of Pheonix Plumbing. We spoke on the phone, made an appointment for him to come during a specific week, though we couldn't be there to let him in. He had access to the house and found the problem was somewhere at the well. He checked the well head leads and found they were okay. We okayed him pulling up the pump (130' at a per foot cost) to check it out. He found a broken well pump motor. He send us an estimate immediately. We were able to check the price of the well pump online and found that his price was acceptable. We verbally agreed to have him continue to do the work. He finished the job and when we returned at a later time, we had water and never would have known he was there. The well location looked pretty much as it had before we had the problem. I would definitely call Matt Adames to do another plumbing job in the future. Though we've never met, I found that he was very pleasant to deal with, trustworthy, did what he said he would do and did it in a timely manner.
