Milford Plumbing and Heating

They came to home, and completely replaced all my copper pipes  with pex tubing. The reason for doing so was that the pipes froze in the winter, and water caused damage to home. An insurance claim was paid, and I choose Milford plumbing to complete the repair.  After completing the job, they gave me a one year warranty. One year past, and with only two weeks on the warranty, I had numerous base boards that failed to work properly. I called them, and Mr Hank came by, I explained the problem, and he was not very nice. He attempted to repair problem, and then tried to bill me for over $400.00. I refused to pay, and til this day have not done so.  My plumbing system that Mr. Hank istalled is lousy... I have several base boards that fail to work.  I had other plumbers work on my system, and they told me that the job was not done well. They attempted to fix problem, but problem still exist.  I was told by a local plumber that Milford plumbing looped the pex piping wrong, and that is why my system does not function properly. I would stay far away from Milford plumbing, because my experience has been costly, and my home does not function properly. I told Hank that the home does not heat well, and explained that the old plumbing never had any issues. Hank did not listen, nor did he care.  This has happened many years ago, but never the less Mr. Hank has failed in preforming a quality reliable job. This has left me bitter, and one never forgets when someone takes atvantage of a situation. Mr Hank had no problem taking $10,000 from my insurance company, but his work really lacked professionalism, and for this reason I would avoid him like the plaque...Be warned, and aware... New to Angies list, and appreciate the opportunity to get this off my chest.

Their repair didn't last but they told me it might fail and need more extensive work and it did.

They also tried to sell other unrelated services.

All in all we were satisfied with their service.

They are just down to earth people with fair prices. They were cheaper than everyone else.  They come when you call them. They do a good job and I will use them again in the future.
