Maryann had the exclusive listing of an eccentric seller who would only trust her with the key, no one else, and that's the house we ultimately bought. We didn't make an offer the first time we saw it, but she knew we liked it and brought the key with her again the next time we went out looking, so we saw it again. She did the negotiation with the seller, including getting him to hold a small mortgage, and she recommended us to a wonderful attorney, and recommended an insurance agent, etc, since we were new to the area. We still see her around town at various events, and would go back to her again. She's friendly, open, patient, and honorable. We have only dealt with the Milford office of Chant Real Estate (there are a bunch of offices) and only with Maryann and another colleague in that office once when Maryann had to be away, and were pleased with both of them.
