I took a couple days to get a convenient apt but when I went in they took my car right in and started working on it. I was able to work remotely on my laptop in the lobby with free wifi and although it took a long time they kept me posted and checked on me regularly.

They have a tendency to instill fear in people so that you'll spend more money there. For example, I cleaned my battery with baking soda and water and there was a bit of a film left on it. They told me the battery was shot and that it was going to explode any time. I looked at it and told them it was baking soda. They just said okay and that the battery was fine. I've used them several times but they kind of fabricate problems to make more money.

It was stressful in there. They were pricey. They really tried to sell their products. I really do not like you cannot make an appointment there.
