Since 2001 Jim has been doing plumbing work in Pennsylvania and New York. He believes in taking the time to complete the job the first time. Jim started plumbing in 1973 and moved to PA in 1995.

Jim is the best, no doubt. He knows where every pipe is located without having to open every wall and/or ceiling. When I have questions he takes his time to explain to me the "whys" of the job.

Mr. Reithmayr returned my call promptly and scheduled a visit for the next day after 12. He called in the morning to say that he was running EARLY and made sure it was ok to come earlier. He completed the project quickly and called later to make sure the hot water heater was working. I will definitely use him again.

He showed up on time, reviewed the problem and made reasonable recommendations on repair. He was pleasant and easy to talk with. One problem may have been "fixed" for cheaper, yet would not have been the right repair in the long run, causing more problems. Also, both jobs he did were not large yet he did them quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend him.
