got it home, did not function, unable to get them on the phone...offered no refund of amt paid this was about 3 or 4 yrs ago...believe they are now out of business....

My husband just drives up there because it's so close. We've been going to them for more than 15 years. We've never had any issues with having our mower or snow thrower returned on time and fixed properly. if you need help with it, they will accommodate you and pick it up for you.
