We rented a house this past fall and the carpets were extremely filthy. I spoke to Fred and told him about the odor and the condition of the carpets. Fred arrived at our home when he said he would. He inspected the carpets and gave me a price which was better then others. He cleaned and sanitized the carpets. To our surprise before he was finished the air was much fresher in our home and as he went from one area to another you could see how clean the carpets were! Not only did he get the carpets clean and the wear patterns less noticeable, he pointed out places in the carpet were the carpet was coming up and also were the carpet had pulls that could get caught in the vacuum. Best of all the carpets dried in a few hours and we were able to move things into the rooms. Fred is extremely professional doesn't make promises that he can not deliver. Thanks Fred.

The owner performs the work, no subs! He took very good care as not to leave any "leftovers" around and was very careful not to track anything into my house. Drop clothes were laid down, etc. He was ontime, meticulous and resonably priced. The flloors look absolutely amazing; better than new.
