Went well. My wife complained that they didn't fluff the pillows on the sofa in the living room. other than that we thought they did a very good job.

Its a small, family outfit. I have used them for 6 years. They are absolutely trustworthy. You don't have to be here. I know they will take care of the house well, even if I am not going to be here. They are very conscientious. They do all the fixtures and dust the baseboards. They do special things, like, you can hire them to do windows but they don't do that in the normal cleaning. In general, they do a very fine job in maintaining the house. I think their price is reasonable. I have had people tell me that they can get it for cheaper but it has to do with that trust thing.
