The owner of Beautiful Outdoors and I communicated over phone and email so we never met in person. His estimates looked reasonable so I had them do Spring clean up. On the day of service a foreman asked me to show the property line. There was a misunderstanding of the property line by the owner. New fee for the job was $350, but we settled for $200 as he originally estimated. I strongly recommend to make an appointment to see him in person when you ask for job estimates.

THE SERVICE COULD BE BETTER. THE ARE NOT A PROACTIVE COMPANY. THEY DO THE MINIMUM WORK NEEDED. THE PREVENTATIVE WORK IS NOT ADDRESSED. I KNOW I CAN FIND A BETTER SERVICE.
