He came pretty fast, like in a couple of days. He installed my deck 16 years ago and it is still standing. It is not leaking, not moving or anything. The last time he was out, He came out, took a look and told me that the insulation was moved. He pushed the insulation back in place the last time he was out and did not charge me for it.
