Awnings on the Side

Everything went very well.

The choices we were given were thorough. We explained how we needed the blackout shades for sleeping. They came in many colors but we chose basic white. The entire process from picking the shades to ordering the shades to installing took less than two weeks.

Mike arrived on time and the work was completed neatly and quickly. Mike is a very personable man, is always polite and a pleasure to know.

The color we chose is a perfect match. The awnings are constructed of aluminum and permanently attached, not canvas that has to be taken down each year. We wanted something low maintenance but attractive and that is exactly what we got. They were installed quickly and neatly. Clean up was complete. It is a very professional job and greatly enhances the curb appeal of our house as well as being functional in reducing the potential sunlight fading of our carpeting and furniture. I would definitely recommend Mike O'Keefe and Awnings on the Side.

Mike was prompt, courteous and friendly.  His crew was hard working and knowledgeable.  Very satisfied!  They are the best.

On June 22, 2012, Mike had come here to measure and give me an estimate for 2 shades that I selected from his sample books. He also took measurements to rescreen my entire porch.
On July, 6, 2012 Mike arrived with the and quot;superand quot; screen that I had requested and removed my old screen. He the proceeded to rescreen the porch. He was prompt, efficient very neat and did a wonderful job. We were very happy with the results. He even repaired an outdoor gae off the porch which was sticking and removed all of the old screen for us.
On July 20, 2012, Mike again came to my home to install the two shades that I had ordered.
Once again he was prompt, efficient, neat and did a wonderful job. He put up both shades quickly and removed the old shades.
Mike was a pleasure to work with and have in our home. I would not hesitate to call him in the future.
I would also highly recommend him and his services to anyone who needs this type of work done.

I just had two projects completed by Mike from Awnings On The Side. The first was my porch that was badly in need of re-screening. On July 6, 2012, Mike arrived with the Super-Screen that I ordered from him on June 27th. He replaced 8 large sections of screen. He was efficient, neat and a pleasure to work with. I am thrilled with the job that he did and the manner in which he did it.
The second project was for shades which he installed on July 20, 2012. I ordered them on the 6th when he repaired my porch.He again arrived as agreed, went right to work and efficiently and neatly removed my old shades and hung the new ones. He even took the old ones away so I wouldn't have to dispose of them. He made sure that my husband and I were happy with the job before he left. I not only highly recommend Mike / Awnings on the Side, I plan to use them again in the future. Both projects could not have gone better.

Mike O'Keeffe arrived when he Sid he would - hooked Eocene. The job & gave us a price- we approved, gave him check as deposit, he said he would be back in 3 weeks to install the finished product. He was. Great person, reliable.
