Unexpectedly I had an issue with my washer machine overflowing. I called and he showed up asap! He helped clean up the water and left fans and other machines over night to dry up the place. Unexpectedly a second time I also over filled my washer and had the same problem occur! I called and he came out and helped fix and dry everything up. A SECOND TIME! This man never once made me feel dumb for causing this issue not once but twice since it was obviously user error. He told me things happen and luckily he was only a phone call away to come and help!
