Installation was very poor quality and they did not follow manufacturers installation guidelines. The radiant heat is not balanced and does not provide heating in the areas it was installed. Heating installation is not capable of maintaining temperature during cold days and requires back-up electric heat. Installed geo to cut utility cost, but with poor installation electric bills run $1,200 + month. They refused to come back to fix/adjust the system. Their "expert" in geo-thermal has left the company. I would not recommend them to anyone for anything.
Description of Work: Geothermal Heat Pump installation and radiant floor heating.
