The new contactor has to go over everything he did, because his work did not pass the VA inspection. It was a nightmare. He didn’t pay his help, so they quit. Then he had hired his grandsons (which were teenagers) to complete the job. The worst part was that they would arrive between 9-9:30am. Then they would go to lunch from 11:30am-1pm. They would call it quits around 3pm.
