 + -1 moreWhen I first contacted MK Service, I thought I had a hardware issue. After MK Service diagnosed the computer, they found a serious virus issue that required the hard drive to be formatted. They backed up my files and reinstalled the software and files. They spent considerable time helping me to run the computer more efficiently and eliminate unnecessary programs and file. It took four days to complete the repair, which I found reasonable. Klaus called me daily with updates and asked what my preferences were. When I picked up the computer, he spent over an hour and a half helping me to setup new email and browser functions to run better and faster. Service was fast, professional and very courtious.
