They came within 24 hours and the man was very professional. He came and assessed the situation and replaced the wiring, no questions asked. They never billed us for the service, however their monthly charges are expensive.

Very pleased with the process and the service ever since. Though I originally subscribe to their TV, phone and internet services, I currently DO NOT subscribe to their TV service...only phone and internet. Internet peed is great and consistent! I recommend Verizon FIOS to all my friends and will definitely use them wherever I move in the future, if available!
