It went well, I don't have any details.

Met with Ed a week or so prior to work being done to get estimate.  Ed told me what needed to be done and I went with his estimate.   Trees were pruned about a week after estimate and his company did a great job.  They are really efficient and were out of here pretty quickly (we live on a busy street).  I will use these guys in the future!  

The arrived with a crew of five but two had to leave for another job (this did not seem to hurt their efficiency).  Everyone was so well coordinated; each doing a job to make it go smoothly and cleaning as they cut the trees down.  The sycamore looks so lovely, now.  They removed a few troubled branches and evened up the tree.  It will still provide plenty of shade and is no longer in the way of any of the wires.  They will be returning, in a week, to remove the front stumps.

The job went smoothly from beginning to completion.  They understood exactly what I wanted done and did it in a timely and professional manner.  They went the extra step to cut the wood from my  locust trees into 18" lengths for burning in a fireplace.  They ground the stumps down to ground level which is nice because I was immediately able to mow over them.  When they were done there was no damage to my  yard and  everything was cleaned up nicely.

The prices were reasonable and they cleaned up well. The tree came down in a storm in September and they said they couldn't come and get the tree until December. They said it was because the ground was so saturated due to all the rain. They couldn't take their equipment over the yard until the ground was frozen. It is not their fault but I had to look at a tree laying my yard for 3 months. We did have to call them a few times to remind them to come out. They were really backed up due to the local tropical storm, it seemed like everybody had trees down.

It went very well as usual. I think that this company does a really great job.
