Call back after a few days to schedule a time to come out for quote. First available day was almost TWO months out. Find this highly unacceptable.

I called Shull's Tree Service and Dan promptly arrived at our home to look at the trees. Dan gave a detailed explanation of how the trimming process works and then provided a written estimate that day. Yesterday, the trees were trimmed and I can not say enough how extremely satisfied we are. The trees look fantastic now and we can actually look out our windows and see the street instead of tree branches. Dan also arrived once during the time the trees were being trimmed and then again after they had finished to make sure we were satisified. What great customer service. I highly recommend Shull's Tree Service in Middletown, PA. We will definitely be calling on them again in the future.
