They came and boarded up my home--they charged a large amount of money for doing that. They took more items than what they should have. I asked them to take my father's suit and my grandma's tablecloth to see if they could be salvaged. I kept calling to see if it was fixable--they never returned my call. I wanted to get an estimate, I wanted my items back because it was important to me. They finally told me they would bring the items back. I had someone else come in to look at the damage, he said they never should have taken it because it was irreparable. Service 1st wanted to charge $5,000, but I hired a lawyer and I got the charges down to $2,300.
