A couple of days later, he called and I had a proposal in hand. I let him know that we wanted him for the project but, due to a situation brought on by Superstorm Sandy, we were financially not able to contract him at that moment. He understood and told us to call him when we were ready as he was going to buy the materials. After a couple of weeks, we did call him and he promptly completed the project.
He offered a good price and the work performed was excellent!
