The ride was the worst ever. The vehicle apparently had no shocks. Every seam and joint in the road was a jolt. Several times we flew off our seats and our feet left the floor. The driver was excellent but this vehicle should not be on the road and the tour deserves a refund.

The cars were very well kept, the driver was professional and punctual, the service was easy to use and affordable.

In booking the limo over the phone I was givien my options as well as reccomendations which they were spot on. The driver, and quot; Brandyand quot; was very professional and she arrived a just a few minutes early. The limo was spotless inside and out. It was also very cool inside with contemporary lighting, bar, music. She drop us off for our dinner reservations and was out front as some as we called for pick up. The limo and our experience with Premier #1 diffinately made the evening.

I was flying to Florida and a huge snowstorm was predicted for that day. My husband did not want to drive me to the airport so he contacted Premiere Limo. We rely on Angies List quite frequently for recommendations and they were certainly correct about Premiere Limo. My driver Leo arrived promptly and drove very safely from my house to the airport in a major snow storm. The roads were snow covered but he did a very safe job of driving. He was very pleasant to talk with which was so calming. I was concerned that I would get to the airport and my flight would be cancelled so Leo reassured me that he would come back to pick me up if that occurred. My neighbor was on the plane that arrived from Florida and he needed a ride home so Leo agreed to come back to the airport and take him home. He was a huge help to both myself and my neighbor that day. Leo is a huge asset to your company. I will call him in the future and will recommend him to everyone. Thanks so much for a great experience.

My wife and I were in town to attend my cousin's wedding. My cousin had scheduled Premiere 1 to provide shuttle service to and from the wedding which took place at the Masonic Village in Elizabethtown; approximately a 15 minute drive from our hotel at the Holiday Inn East. Bill was our driver and he was prompt, professional, courteous, drove safely and put up with my drunken antics.
My wife and I were very appreciative of the great service.

They were prompt and professional, got us there in plenty of time and were waiting for us when we returned. Drivers were friendly and flexible for stopping to meet our needs.

John was early, well dressed and prepared to show the kids the town! They were incredible and very accomodating! Picked up the young lady and was there for photos, brought the kids to a local park for photos with friends and safely transported them on to and from the prom. I can't say enough about how well they treated all of us! They are also the only limo in the area that didn't start the clock until they arrived at my front door and stopped the clock when they dropped my phone. Everyone else wanted to start when they left their facility and returned to their facility.
I was happy to refer them to a friend who needed transportation to and from the airport. They were very helpful with her too.

I initially set the service up on line. They have a very user friendly website.
I had to call a couple of times to ask questions and the staff was very helpful and eager to please.
The driver was prompt and professional
My sister felt so comfortable that she chatted with the driver all the way here.

Premiere #1 Limousine Service were great. I had seen them in the area and I went online and they were the first one to pop up. I called them and it was really easy to make the reservation, it was a good price, and it was fairly simply done. They said that everything went really well, smoothly.
