John came to check for termites in the other half of our double house, and after confirming that Dino's house had them, offered to check ours, as well.  He was very thorough, and pointed out/explained  what he was looking at as he inspected our house.  (He did a  much better inspection than our home inspector did last fall when we purchased the house!)  John provided the estimate within 48 hours; while the price was "Ouch!", I believe it was reasonable.  We did not seek a second estimate, both because our neighbor had already decided to use John, and because we were impressed by his thoroughness and professionalism.

On treatment day John was prompt and efficent.  When he discovered that my husband was home sick, he even offered to come back another day, and he made several inquiries to determine if the drilling were disturbing my husband.  I asked many questions, about termites and  other critters, and he answered them all patiently and completely.  When I  asked him about the carpenter bees attacking my garage, he treated for them without  charging me extra.  Finally, he was quite willing to allow me to split the payment ($775 was a lot to come up with on short notice!).

I would definitly recommend John to others.

He outlined very clearly where the termites were and what needed to be done. He gave us some information and suggestions. He told us how much it would cost and guaranteed it for 5 years, adding that it should last longer then that. He did not ask us to sign a contract which would have him come back each year for an added price as other pest control companies have done in the past (for other insect treatments). He was very flexible when the date we had chosen had to be changed because of development construction. He came when expected and did his work. Everything was cleaned up and the holes bored into the concrete were blended very well. We were very pleased.
