Chris was on time when he came to give me an estimate and was able to go above and beyond what I needed for each job.  He was timely, efficient, had all the tools and supplies needed at the start of each job.  He completed everything in less than a few hours.  I will be calling him back again to do more jobs in the spring.

Completely gutted the master and the upstairs bathroom and rebuilt them. Lots of tile was laid especially in the Master bathroom where a lot of mosaic glass tile was used. This was especially tricky considering the numerous angles involved. The new vanity was just a bit too big but Chris was able to get it in and make it look like it is the perfect size. Changed the plumbing direction for the the shower in the Master bath. New toilets, new soaking tub, new vanities, new plumbing, new lighting, new shower doors, new mirror...

This was a major project. Because of its size Chris teamed up with George Sansoni. Both were great. We were involved with them the whole way. The clearly explained problems, potential changes, and potential upgrades (some we did use), Felt they treated our home as their own and that we were always part of the process.

I asked Chris to several different projects. He always gave a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. I did not have to waste any time sitting around for a repairman to come within a window of time. Chris tells you when he is coming and within ten minutes of the time he is there. He always discussed with me what he was going to do to make sure we were both on the same page. He suggests alternatives to improve and/or save money, but always does what the client wants. The work is of the highest quality and most importantly my wife was happy with the results.  Many groups charge two-three hours of work just to get there. So if the project takes only an hour you pay for two or three hours. Not with Chris he only charges for the hours he works.

I had called about ten other companies on Angie's list but they either never got back to me or wanted 2-3 times what the job would cost, Chris showed up on time did the job for what it should cost and did a perfect job.

Chris arrived on time, promptly diagnosed the problem, asked which type of pipe I preferred since the pipes are exposed. Since Chris didn't have a chrome pipe with him he left for a short time to find just the right type of pipe needed since the sink is over 60 years old. He quickly replaced the rusted out pipe with the replacement one, cleaned up the area and asked if there was anything else he could help me with.

My husband and I had partially installed the air conditioning when we installed our heating system. (We built our own home.) We only needed a plumber who had experience soldering coolant systems. For years no one would come to do the job because they had not started the job. Chris had the job completed in less than a week from when I first learned he was in business. He was prompt and professional, and very courteous about the work we had already done. I think he was surprised that it was done well - he didn't have to undo anything - and he only charged us for time needed to complete the job. He didn't fuss over what we had done and he cleaned up after himself. I am very satisfied with the work and I will call again if there is a job we can't do ourselves.
