arrived 15" early for appt as advised(to do new patient paperwork)...however the wait to see dr was not prompt (though we had an early a.m. appt)... dr was very attentive as well as the assistant..physical was done. diagnosis was a cold..prescribed a !!$20!! antibiotic.. i should have turned it down, but i didn't.her cold was gone in two days with only one dose of medicine so not sure if it just ran its course or it was the medicine. nice atmosphere..hospitable staff..would revisit as dr will be cats' primary vet but will be on my guard with the prescriptions...animals to adopt are very plentiful should this one require EXPENSIVE or exhaustive measures.

Physical was very thorough and the doctor took a lot of time to answer all of my questions. Between my mother and I we have 6 dogs and 1 cat and they all go to Londonderry Animal Hospital. Our dogs have special health issues and the doctors have done a lot of research to understand their issues and make reccomendations. I can't imagine taking my "kids" any place else when they need care or their yearly exams.

They are very professional and compassionate. They called us several tines throughout the day to put us at ease and let us know how everything was going. They are a little pricey compared to others in my area but the service you receive is far better then the others. So you get what you pay for and they are worth it. They also provided 24 hour care for emergencies and when you call them after hours they are very caring and don't try and brush you off like others do.
