 + -1 moreVery prompt, courteous, and professional email - seemingly small action, but I truly appreciated the quick info (that they were unable to sharpen kitchen knives). I would use them for pet grooming clipper sharpening!
Description of Work: Contacted them about kitchen knife sharpening. Unfortunately their scope of services only includes pet grooming clippers at this time. They sent an IMMEDIATE email explaining this - I really appreciated the reply because it allowed me to find another provider, as opposed to wasting several days waiting to hear back from them.

 + -1 moreYou sent the clippers in on Tuesday afternoon, by Thursday morning they are in the mail. Frank Rowe and Son Inc does repairs and they give detailed advice on the phone. They're very helpful.
