+ -1 moreThe garden designer, Jill Campbell needs a course in customer service! She was extremely rude over the phone, overstepped her boundaries in making phone calls to the company who will be paying for her services after being specifically told not to. She breached her verbal contract with us and was just as discourteous as a "professional" could be! Fortunately for me. the company who will be paying for the landscaping for me contacted our lawyer to make us aware of her deceitful action! Just beware!!!!
Description of Work: Needed an estimate performed for replacing perennial garden and stonework.I was never told there was a fee (most professional landscapers perform this service for free).
