He came and did our house when we first moved in. His price was lower than his estimate. He carpet cleaned all of our house. He was punctual, he went into detail on the phone what he was going to do, he followed through on that, he did what he said he was going to do, he was very personable. There wasn't anything that I wasn't pleased with. He was excellent. He did five rooms and a stairway.

I called on Wednesday, we were closing on Friday and moving in that night. We wanted to have all of the carpets cleaned and dry before we moved the furniture in. They squeezed us in on very short notice, showed up right on time and were very professional. The carpets look a ton better, though there are several stains that he couldn't get out. I would definitely use them again!

My fiancee was living with me in another area and her daughter lived here. She had two dogs. They messed the carpet pretty badly. The carpet was of white color. He cleaned it and all the stains came out. The carpet now looks good. It could be done again. He was pretty good. He was prompt in his arrival time, stuck rigidly to the task, did everything the way one would expect somebody to do. I felt comfortable having him here. The hallway and living room were fairly normal size. He put the furniture back and all that stuff. I would use them again in the future.
