AMD CONSTRUCTION

We made every effort to work this out with Mr. Myers/AMD. We called and emailed him several times over the course of several months. He claimed he had pneumonia at some point and reached out to my mother, suggesting he would call and set up a date to return. He never did and that was in the summer of 2014. My mother reached out to the Attorney General. Evenso, there has been no return of any of the money Mr. Myers was paid by my mother for projects he did not complete. My mother filed a petition for a small claims matter. However, because Mr. Myers did not reside at the address or have his company at the address provided on the contract between him and my mother or the address on the AG's registration site at the time, he was not served the court papers. So my mother was not able to through small claims court pursue getting her money back from Mr. Myers for the project he did not start and was paid a deposit for or any part of the money for the project he started but did not complete.
