My family had a first-rate experience with this company and its local staff. I say "experience" because the value-derived has so much to do with clear, prompt communication; friendly, knowledgable customer care; fast, flexible service accommodations around schedule and household values; respect for property and cleanliness during installation; insightful consultation to match personal style-preferences. Underlying the job (pun?) is the high satisfaction we have with our new wall-to-wall carpet product, itself: the color, texture, durability, comfort, etc. Punchline of my review: kudos, thank you, and keep it up! I recommend this company to anyone/everyone in the MainLine area.

This is the perfect company to hire. Always on time, hard working and they stand behind their work. Their sales person Nick is a joy to work with. You can call them and they call you back. We had a floor installed in our kitchen, there a manufacturing default by Shaw flooring. Shaw would not stand by their product. Mike and Nick made sure the old floor was removed and a new one installed. With no charge to me. This company should get 10 stars. Wonderful. Dealing with Nick Morrell their sales rep was a truly awesome experience. The team who installed our floors were so professional. The detail of the finished product is beautiful. We were so impressed by their work that my husband and I hired them to do our backsplash in our kitchen. They are a great company to hire and work with. Believe me , I have a few more projects that have to be done. And they have my business again.

Excellent work. Carpet is great quality. Very helpful. Laying the carpet was excellent. Carpet looks and feels great.
