Troy, the service man arrived on time. We spoke a bit about where I am still seeing a showing of these persistent little pests. He walked through our home inside and out and even climbed onto our porch roof so that he could spray the windows and gutters. This man went far beyond what we have had done previously. He even called after the first treatment to see how the treatment was working. We are so Impressed with his professionalism and skill. This is the third company we have used to help us. I am finally seeing results and I am beyond happy!

They come every six months. We use them because they are in the local area. We were very pleased. They are very, very pleasant to work with.

I use Gladhill for my pest control services in addition to recently having my basement walls coated with Blue Max rubber paint by their Home services division.

Gladhill probably has the best group of individuals of any contractors I have ever dealt with. Very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and personable employees. If I were to run my own company I would want a customer first attitude and they have that.

Pest control is standard methods employed by other companies but recently one of the guys who came out gave me some choices and explanations on different methods of using pesticides. I was impressed to say the least. They don't just run in and spray about and run to the next job. They take their time and talk with you about the job and anything else you are curious about. I was waterproofing my basement with Drylock paint and they turned me toward using rubber paint. I was going to do the job myself but I like them so much that I decided to hire them and save money elsewhere on other DIY home projects.

We have a contract with them and they show up on time. They do a good job and are very personable and professional about the treatments. They are good and I will use them again in the future.
