They are a 'good' service----but their customer service is awful. Repeatedly when scheduling service I have asked that they call me back to let me know when someone will arrive (some day in the next week) so that I can be here to discuss what's needed, and they have NEVER once in four years called back to tell me when someone was going to randomly show up so I may or may not be here when they do. Now mostly I just have to call them several times to ask a) has it been scheduled and b) for when has it been scheduled because that's the only way I'll ever get an answer! Thank goodness their pool guy does a decent job, because the main office is almost worthless. If I can happen to catch him when he's here then we can have a conversation, but getting anything out of the office itself is just a waste of time and sanity.

Called recently to have someone come look at my 2 pumps that are not functioning. Was given day for visit to be made for repair. Day came and went. No visit, no call, no explanation whatsoever. Understand that it is " closing" season but people need other services as well. So, if you can't do the job, don't want to do the job, then just say so. I wasted an entire day off work waiting for service.

They are a family owned company that is close by. They are always very friendly and helpful. They installed a new liner for us recently and everything went well. They are very competitive in pricing.
