Rose Tree Construction LLC

Two month project took one year to complete. Half fault was with Lowe's material and half with rose tree. Very unprofessional. No communication between Ed McLoughlin and his contractors. Wrong and damaged material installed anyway necessitating tearing outr bathroom and reinstalling right material. Had binders from Lowe's which were never looked at. Very rarely cleaned up area. Called to repair leaks. When called back to fix a problem they were very careless and damaged material already installed. Painting very sloppy and unprofessional. We had to do all the touch ups ourselves because we got tired of the ensuing problems. Woodwork put in in pieces in some areas and not completely painted. Paint splattered inside showers and ceiling paint has dabs of wall color. Some walls not completely sanded and left with lumps. We could go on, but please save yourself a lot of heartache--never use Rose Tree Construction.

Work performed was excellent. They were thorough, cleaned up and very conciencious. Communication between owner and employees on site could use improvement. Painter never saw contract and wasn't clear what was included. Owner forgot to tell me when they were showing up. Overall painter and carpenter did terrific work. I would hire again.

We highly recommend Rose Tree Construction! Fantastic work, communication, project management, and cost containment. The entire process was smooth, and the kitchen looks amazing!

They did a great job, but what set them apart was the great communication, professionalism, and that they always cleaned up prior to leaving. They arrived on time, and Ed called often to check on our satisfaction and to let us know the upcoming schedule. We would definitely use Ed again.

We used Rose tree Construction Services during the fall/winter for our first home renovation. We are very pleased with how our house turned out! It is an old house and we decided to open the first floor. Ed listened to our plans and brought an structural engineer before signing the contract with him. He made sure that our plans were possible and they were! Our house looks great! Ed and his crew started their work on time (actually few weeks before arranged!) and finished on time for our family to move and celebrate our son's first Christmas at the house. Ed made suggestions when needed and respected our budget. The crew were very
respectful and clean.

I couldn't be happier with my choice of contractors.  Ed McLoughlin is very easy to work with.  The level of communication is excellent.  He is very on top of things and communicates regularly.  Although we have not yet finished the job, I can say with confidence that the quality is excellent due to the crew of very capable and professional people that he works with.  He also is very flexible when it comes to making changes.  The job started in November and I will be happy to update when the job is complete in March.

Old kitchen in old house - we were looking to do a moderate upgrade ... not a complete rebuild. Ed helped us work through the options .... and his crew did a great job - old flooring had multiple layers which had to be ripped up; put in a wet bed subfloor and installed beautiful porcelain tile; removed old formica countertops and replaced with quartz countertops; everything worked with the existing structure and cabinetry of the old kitchen - end result was excellent - lightened the room up considerably and gave it a fresh look ... which was exactly what we were looking for.

It was excellent. Very neat and clean. They came on time for appointments and completed the job in just 2 days. Would highly recommend!
