The experience with Robert M. Boccia Inc has been a professional pleasure.  I was referred to this company by  R.F Bondurant Plumbing after a previously hired contracting firm refused to provide a detailed written estimate to me and my insurance company once  unforeseen costs began to appear. Mr. Boccia stepped in and provided everything my insurance company requested promptly, sometimes the same day. He went above and beyond by helping me with cost estimation of the materials the previous contractor had delivered to my home.  He was courteous and professional when dealing with my tenant's schedule during his 3 week project at my house. He spent hours on the phone with my insurance adjuster ensuring that new costs were explained and itemized so that I could get proper reimbursement. His long standing patience and constant communication with me about the progress of my insurance claims and the work schedule on the house was 5 stars.  Mr Boccia was present daily at the job to check on his team and also performed a great deal of the work, taking ownership and pride in the project. He and his team were dedicated and hard working, paying much attention to detail and often working in oppressive heat wave temperatures. If any issues arose, I was always contacted from the job  site with detailed explanation of the options and upfront disclosure of costs. The experience with this contractor with allow any homeowner to feel at ease. Hiring this contractor freed me from the feeling of dread and mistrust that usually goes along when deciding to hire a team for a large job. I felt no need to hover, or have suspicions, or be present at the site to ensure the job was done correctly, or at all. This experience was a welcome change in my previous dealing with contracting firms, and I will always trust  my future business in rental properties and my personal home to Robert M. Boccia Inc
