Our very old water heater started dripping late on Friday afternoon. I was able to speak with Rick Bondurant, he walked me through our options and was able to get me on the schedule for Monday. Dave was the technician who came out and he was wonderful and did such a great job! We could not be more pleased with how responsive, courteous and professional everyone was. RF Bondurant Plumbing will definitely be our go-to company and we will happily recommend them to everyone we know.

The tech at Bondurant repaired an old half-bath that had a corroded sewer pipe; He replaced the old pipe with a new one, and also put in water lines so we could install a new toilet and sink. Did great work; We were happy to have a usable half-bath again! On another visit the tech inspected our sewer lateral, which is now required by Nether Providence township. He took care of the inspection and made the necessary repairs so we could pass. We are particularly impressed with Bondurant because they have a lot of experience with older homes and don't seem the least bit intimidated by old-house challenges.

Terrible! Charged $1,800 for shower conversion, damaged the parts I ordered and didn't finish after 10 hours. Had to come back and boss inspected work and had someone else finish it off. Leak in basement cost up $500 and still leaks. Would never use again.

The technical arrived punctually, diagnosed the problem (that there was a clog; but also that the pump was rather old), and suggested remedies. We ended up replacing the pump with a new one. No problem since then.

Bondurant Plumbling and Heating answered my call and said that a plumber would be sent out soon. Mr. Dave Herrington arrived very quickly after the initial call. He came into the cellar, and checked a leak that had resulted in water in one corner of the basement. Mr. Herrington showed me a split in the the side of the old pipe and said it would have to be cut out and replaced. Asked for an estimate, he came up with a figure of $550. I thought this was fair and authorized him to do the work. He examined the water heater and showed me how it had failed. He said that to replace it and install a new expansion tank would cost $1200. I also approved of this work to be done. Cutting out the old iron pipe provided some difficulty, but he did it carefully and made the replacement with new materials. Then He brought in the new water heater and installed it. The work took the better part of a day. He did a good cleanup after the job. I must comment on how pleasant Mr. Herrington is. It was very easy to interact with him. I felt very confident both in his ability to do the job, and in his integrity as a person. I was very pleased in dealing with him directly. I was and continue to be completely satisfied. I would highly recommend both Bondurant Plumbing and Mr. Herrington

It went extremely well. When I called the office, the owner spent quite a considerate amount of time speaking with me about my options. He did not pressure me one way or the other, just laid out my options so I can make my own informed decision. He was able to get someone out to do the inspection in two days. The technician was prompt, nice and professional. I would hire this company again in the future. I forgot to mention that I was a Angie's List member so I did not get my discount. My fault though.

Rick Bondurant's team it the best out there. Family owned and operated, Father and Son. I have this team in my lease for my properties. I dont ever call anyone else. They warranty their work and always follow up promptly with request for service. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years now. And I refer them to everyone I know, commercial and residential. He makes special concession for long time customers even at his busiest times (think deep freeze pipes burst all over the city, everyone needs a plumber and everyone has an emergency) and fits them in. Rick always answers his own phone and his own emails, and you can count on him to be fair. I would never trust another business with my plumbing needs.
